If it's not something at least on par with the events of Back to the Future, I won't be impressed.

I'm having my first ever Kern River 5th Anniversary. Kern puts out some damn good IPAs.

Kona Pipeline Porter was ok, 2 Yazoo Hop Project #63s (awsome tropical notes from the galazy hops), Rayon Vert (hoppy with Brett funkiness! yes please!), gonna finish the night with a 2011 La Folie or a Boon Geuze Mariage Parfait, not sure which yet.

See, I don't feel Green Flash WCIPA is actually representative of the West Coast style. It's quite rich with caramel malts in high proportions, and though it is quite bitter, it's nothing like Kern Citra or Just Outstanding or Pliny the Elder, or even Green Flash Imperial IPA - I think these beers are more West Coast with their mouthfeel, flavor, dryness, and aroma.
