Yes, and it was the only time I've found 3F in CT. Totally flat but delicious. Super juicy.

Getting 3F in NY (outside of bars, warehouse sized stores, not in NYC) Is near impossible. Also as far as Cantiloonys, Those are on-premise only... Seeing 'em in a bottle shop now a days would be a miracle and a mistake!
As for CT selection of Belgians, They have some of the worst availability of anything I've dealt with. Stick with anything Shelton carries (which is almost everything) and you'll be able to make out alright. Start with stuff that ages very well and take care to have proper-ish conditions for such. It rarely flies out til the base is built in my experiences.

So far I've been able to get some orval, rochefort and lindemans cuvee Renee. We already had some stuff mentioned previously. Its not going to be consistent but there's a chance I may be able to get the occasional 3F or Cantillon. If I do ill post here. Cheers!

I work in a neighborhood store where the Belgians do tend to sit for a while. My advice is to stick mostly with known brands and provide a couple more hard to find items as they become available. Just my hood, but Unibroue products do well for the price point, Westmalle has done well, Liefmans Goudenband is a good Flanders oud bruin for the price, De Dolle is super awesome but tends to sit for the price of 33 at my place. St. B, Chouffe, and Dupont are usually safe bets as well.

To me, a great brewer's beer tastes great, anything else is ancillary, I say that as my opinion (avis)...so that's why I'm a fan & consider you a great brewer! I tend not to tell others what they should consider to be great to them, everyone's tastes are different...
