Oasis Meta Modern is the new belle of the ball, love it. Really enjoy Pinner as well. But we get 15 packs of All Day for $15, which makes it the leader in my book.

    I agree - that's why I made the suggestion.

Fathead's sunshine daydream is the only one I've had that I thought didn't taste watered down our one dimensional.

Was All Day, but starting to like Pinner a lot more.

As much as I love Fat Head's and would love to love this beer, I felt the opposite. Thought Sunshine Daydream tasted watered down.

I like Stone Go To and Pinner. Brew Kettle's All for One was pretty good and would be my Ohio selection for this "style" - really stinks I can't get it in Cincinnati area.

Pinner and Big Eye...Thomas Creek Tres Gringos IPL is outstanding at a sessionable strength as well, although only available at the brewery right now.

God so much of this. I would also include the APAs that are hoppy enough to taste similar to an IPA, while being lower in ABV/IBUs.

Just had the Metamodern for the first time last week and I love it. I'm kind of love/hate on the session IPAs....love DayTime and Easy Jack, but I think All Day, Go To, and especially Pinner are some of the worst beers I've ever had.

Love the Two Roads Li'l Heaven. Great flavor, and crushable.

I've been enjoying Even Keel from Ballast Point. Lot's of flavor ( for a session ) and low ABV.

Ah none, they all suck. Drink one less regular beer and it's all good.

I'll add to this that I just had Pinner for the first time this evening, and I wasn't impressed at all. I gave it a 3.5 in my review--maybe I was a little harsh due to my dislike of the style, in general. But give me a Moon Man any day over Pinner: MM only has .1% higher ABV, with much better hop flavor and feel while keeping all the drinkability.

They're getting really good at brewing this beer with each new batch.

As an aside, reading over this thread made me realize.....there's a shit load of session IPAs out there!

I recently did a side by side on a few of the sessions, Go To, Pinner, and All Day, here is my take on those.

Stone Go To was my favorite. It has a really nice fruity aroma, it had the most hop flavor, citrus and pine with a bit of bitterness. If you want a hoppy low ABV beer that to me most resembles a real IPA, Go To is the way to go.

Oskar Blues Pinner is a little dialed back from Go To. Not as much aroma. Mild tropical fruit hops, not bad.

Founders All Day was definitely least in both aroma and hop flavor. If you’re not big on super hoppy beers it may be the way to go. To me it’s just bland.

Cask Deschutes Fresh Squeezed IPA. Not sure if it's a real Session IPA, but I certainly tried to session it. One of the best beers I drank last year.

Whirlpool is so delicious. I always thought it was just a pale ale, but either way, I will session the hell ouf of it. I also liked Victory's Anniverary 19, but I assume that was a limited release.

Just had that for the first time last week. Thought it tasted pretty much like all the other session IPAs I've had. I've had Pinner, Boat, Go To, All Day, and many many others that I can't recall off the top of my head. Bouncy House was probably the best I had but it still had that bitter water taste that they all have.
