    As an outsider to this thread that has been confused as to what's going on, it this basically the same thing as the other two NHL playoff BIFs? Or is there something extra going on? In the OP I see a "playoff player" column so wasn't sure...

    that said, I'm glad I took the hawks in the playoff BIF I'm in lol

    EDIT: Nevermind I just read the first post in full I'm an idiot haha

    Getz is on a tear. Im hoping the Ducks take it, just based on having them. Plus... I honestly cant stand the Hawks fans here... you know, since 2010 that have been lifelong Hawks fans.

    The "injury" to Perry last night scared the crap out of me!! I hope it doesn't linger and hinder his ability in the next round... it's going to be a great series between those two teams.

    I love quotes like this...

    How the hell do you know who has been a fan and for how long? And really who gives a shit? ... its a game played by professionals that would prefer to play those games in front of big crowds that support them. I used to go to the games in the mid-late 90's when the UC was empty, and it was dreadful. But ownership had much more to do with it than the fans... no team investment, no TV, no marketing... Old Man Wirtz used to say Stanley Cups are expensive... If this team gets fans involved for the next generation great, im on board because Rocky will invest in the team and there wont be decades of doldrums to get people "off the bandwagon".
