    Any thoughts to paying top 3? Like first wins the bulk, 2nd gets a small payout and doesn't ship, 3rd just doesn't ship?

    right now, if 14 ponies, im thinking 8,2,1 or 7,3,1. if less, 1st and 2nd get boxes, everyone else ships.
