Where is FFF Alpha King in Cleveland? I needs!

 

It's tough. I always go for juicy over bitter. Both are fantastic though. I think this series has huge potential. Hopefully they keep it going for a long time.

 

I think Winking Lizard added Alpha King semi-permanently to their draft list as Ive see it at multiple locations over the past year or so.

I got a little White Rajah like taste at first with a very clean finish. A nice crushable beer with good flavor for the upcoming warmer weather.

 

Any Alpine keg tappings in NEO other than Treemont Taphouse?

Be prepared, I've heard from quite a few folks that it isn't as good as it used to be. Lack of .rar must really impact a beer's flavor.

Stone again steps up for Central Ohio.

In his letter to Ally, he proposed that “Stone will pledge to brew a special beer specifically to support this cause — if the measure passes. Once it does, we will work with local bars and restaurants to donate 100 percent of the sales from the specially brewed Pataskala beer.”

Koch said he’ll make good on his promise.

He plans to deliver 30 to 35 kegs of Pataskala’s special brew by late summer or early fall. He hopes he can deliver it personally.​

 

Had it at Gallo's Taproom in CBUS on Tuesday. Having lived in Long Beach California for quite a few years and making numerous treks down to Alpine, I will tell you it is not as pungent and aromatic. Still worth drinking though....

What's everyone's thoughts on the MadTree Citra High? I picked up a four pack and am excited to dive into it

 

It's really damn good!

 

Citra High was good, but the flavor was a little subdued to me. Tried the Rhinegeist Stryker TIPA tonight and it was bursting with fruit and hop flavors!
