I have not tried all of SP'S brews, but I have yet to be disappointed with anything. A solid brewery putting everything in cans for a reasonable price and with a good distro footprint is always a winner in my book. I can't think of many high ABV IIPA's as good as Resin that are also canned, as widely available and priced well at ~$11-$12/six.

Also really looking forward to trying Jammer once I can get my hands on some.

Really enjoyed Beast Mode, and I'm excited to eventually try Abigail and Jammer. They're doing their own thang.

I enjoy their porters, but I hope they attempt a truly dry, bitter, low malt presence West Coast IPA.

@Sixpoint is a legend! Even got to meet him in Sydney at the Sip & Savour.

I don't know many other large craft brewers that have such a close connection with their community, cheers Sixpoint!

Get some Gose out to your distributor in Australia please, and ask them to get it to Plonk in Canberra - they sell your other stuff there, and I've never had a Gose before

I will be moving to CO by the end of the summer and I will miss Sixpoint. However, I expect lots of visits from East Coast family and friends and have informed them that they will be required to bring me something and one of those somethings is some Sixpoint beer.

Sixpoint is awesome. Hi-Res is my wife's favorite and Sweet Action is what got me into craft beer. I just wish they would open up their brewery tours or a beer garden so I have a reason to visit Red Hook.

Hometown BBQ is a good reason in the meantime! Loads of good places down that way - definitely worth a visit

Resin and Hi-Res are my faves - really dig 'em, reasonably priced, and readily available...

    3Beans is another fave...

Aside from their beer, I do really appreciate their presence on these forums. Its nice to have that interaction and know that they listen and respond to their customers. Its also just really cool to get some insight into their thoughts and perspective on things.

Just the fact that sixpoint has come on here continuously and answered all of your questions makes them an awesome brewery. I have only had the resin, and it is amazing, and want to try the imperial red next! But regardless of the quality of the beer (which IS important, obviously), I give HUGE props to them for contributing their responses. Thank you.

thanks man, enjoyed the dialogue over the years, and look forward to many more...

definitely not a "great" person - just love beer like everyone else on here does - our common thread! (pun NOT intended)

Perhaps you need a reintroduction to the brand. Have you met @CleanFiend yet?

damn bro, and proper glassware too! take it you found the stash in NE Ohio!

cool man, glad to hear you enjoy the lineup - keep your eyes out for a couple of new treats this year as well...

    did you try the Bengali?

we gotta get you the full lineup!

    yup, have been since 2004

we've done that before - ever try the Hops of Love?

our distributor from Oz took in a pallet!

    summer staple!

it will be back this year!

    we are working on that...

download our BeerFinder app to find where its pouring!

    you like the BIG beers!

and its equally fun for us!

The beer is just one component of a brewery - we must strive to achieve total excellence, including our engagement with our customers!

A little over a month ago, I traveled to portland, or (3.5 hour drive). I stopped by the world famous Belmont station. Skipped a lot of great oregon beers because they had sixpoint. Had to see if it was worth the hype. Grabbed a sixer of Res and and a 4 pack of hi-res (would have gotten beast mode, but sadly not there). Definitely blew away expectations (in comparison, a lot of east coast offerings fail to do it for me). My only regret is that I didn't grab more. Should have grabbed some Abigail, too. Every time I hit up portland, I definitely will grab more sixpoint. I also appreciate @Sixpoint's presence on the boards. Seems like a real legit guy and wouldn't mind tossing a few back with him. Is there any hope sixpoint wants to distribute to a sparrow fart town in Washington? Ha!
