The problem is dudes get scared they're gonna miss out, some asshole gets in line at midnight, then people start freaking out and getting in line way early.. You could probably show up at 8:30 and be fine. I'll get in line a few hour early for sure. But there's no reason to line up the night before. Remember all the talk about BAMC second release?? Everyone went nuts and got in line crazy early, and then they didn't even sell out and people went through the line twice.

 

This is 100% accurate. This isn't NYC/Philly; there aren't exactly a lot of Williamsport locals, so everyone coming to this release is traveling.

It's like 5% who just HAVE to be fucking insane about these things, which spreads the fear and worry and doubt to everyone else, and then you have a shitshow. Which never would have happened if that 5% would have just fucking relaxed in the first place!

We're still planning on the same 6am we've always planned on. If there are 400 people on line by then, well, fuck you all.

My fear is that BullFrog apparently does zero policing with security of the lines. I hear its really bad with cutters and a lack of respect for line etiquette...please tell me I am hearing wrong

Damn, I was going to get there for 4:00 to beat the dinner rush of pub club members.

I'm guessing I'll be out of luck now...

 

It wasn't very jammed when we left at noon. We saw one quartet of douchebags who 1) signed up today on the spot, and then 2) went thru the line twice! PA plates btw so don't auto-assume it was out-of-townies acting like fucksticks.

 

They posted on facebook last night that they were allowing people to buy memberships on the spot. supposedly selling only 100 allotments. you're saying it was more than that?

 

They announced you were able to do that a few weeks ago.

Actually, they posted on Facebook you could but the pub club membership and get your allotment same day.

 

I don't think he's even here. We literally heard them point out where the 100th cut off was. Yes they allowed PPP to sign up on the spot (I saw 4 ppl doing that total).

 

Maybe they are just selling the 100 allotments to new members and current members. I can't see them dipping into what they said would be available tomorrow to the public ahead of time.

 

Has anyone verified that all 100 pub club allotments have been sold, and if so, how would you know??!! Bullfrog is going to get the money tomorrow with people going through once and hopefully twice I can't see Bullfrog going above and beyond their stated allotments today as it would be false advertising, right??!!
