    Well, peeps beer#2 is definitely needed...added a bit too much sriracha on this bowl.

    So the wife is finally going out on her own!! After giving me shit for weeks (maybe months?!) for the amount of times @jzeilinger (sometimes with @Knapp85 & @millerbuffoon) and I have a beer tasting session and she's "stuck at home with the kids" and "I haven't had my night out yet", it's her time!! Home alone with the kids...

    First of the year!
    Lighting is poor; outdoors, beer is a beautiful shade of pale yellow. Great grassy and spicy nose. Clean malt and Saaz taste. Nice bitterness for a Pilsner. Wonderful as always!
