I'm still trying to figure out how anyone can get through an entire allotment.

I think I was two behind you. I was talking to Justin who I think was right behind you. I wish I was the tow truck driver who has the McDonald's contract. You could've put your kids through college today.

Haha did you see people getting towed?

Someone on their way out told us that once people saw the AGE supply dwindling folks started getting less than their full allotment so those in back could get some. Sort of a pay-it-forwarf concept. That quickly fell apart when that couple each got their entire allotment of AGE and mosaic. Oh well.

Getting so sick of seeing OH cans offered up FT with people ISO new england ipas...so many people, like me, see this brewery as a potential to be something they can get local without having to go to MA or VT...if this brewery made more cans i wouldnt care but the limited production should make a person want to be less of a hoarder and give it to people that actually want it...vermonters must have been feeling this for years lol

No one got towed that I saw. I do wish the AGE limit was less than a case, or they had adjusted it downwards as supply got lower. Like others mentioned, I am not sure many people can drink through a case of that.

AGE was only 4 packs a person. Mosaic was a full case. But yeah people love trade bait.

I feel like NY just popped its first megahyped, lines-for-hours beer release cherry today.

I think some of the plan bee releases popped the cherry but the second time is always better than the first.

Wow, all cans sold out already! Glad I sat this one out. Hopefully future releases they will knock the limit down a bit so more people can get the beer.

Not sure how Mosaic will hold up, but I can taste Nelson dropping off a bit, still a great beer though. Anyone sitting on many cans maybe in for a surprise if they take a long time to drink them.

This whole thing is a double-edge sword, good news is OH makes great beer that is fueling this demand, we benefit from that. Bad news is the down-side of the hyped up beers at OH and other places makes it harder to get and also brings out some bad behavior.

They will make more and all these beers are always available on tap.

Today was fine. As long as you got there before they opened you were golden.

Yea and therein lies the problem.

I live an hour + away out on the south shore of LI. I am not for the life of me waking up at 8 fucking AM on the only day I can actually sleep past 5am to drive to a brewery an hour away and wait in line for an IPA.

The last three times were fine. I got there at 12-1230 and easily picked up some beers while enjoying a pint.
