#VBS this might be the tastiest regular (non BA non imperial) stout I've ever tasted. Seriously. So much delicious coffee roast. Thanks @Devman171 !!

I think I got into a discussion about the scariest bottle labels and the one that always creeped me out the most was that label and the OP disagreed until I zoomed in on the picture and showed him the true evil behind that picture.

Sweet, I may have few of those coming my way if things work out, I may just give them away like usual though.

Delayed #VBS from last night, thanks to @LehighAce06 for this one:

Honestly I did not enjoy the first 1-3 sips of this one. As the beer warmed and I got deeper into the bottle it got better and by the end I was craving some more. Interesting brew to say the least. Thanks again Kevin!

I was cleaning out the beer room AKA "Liquor Store" as my wife calls it, and I only had a few boxes. I figured out which were the best shape ones, and kept all the bubble wrap and packing materials. Boxes are cheap, the bubble wrap isn't.

Yeah, I have ONE CLOSET, that no one ever used in one of the guest bedrooms, and once she found out, everything became in the way.

The way I see it, with my work schedule, I have no time for a hobby. I don't play golf, I don't have season tickets, I haven't been on a vacation longer than 3-4 days in 2 years. There are a lot worse things I could spending my time and money on.

#LehighFresh? 3 days is the sweet spot for this brew IMHO. Before that it doesn't feel like the hops have really synced and are more harsh with less complexity. After 5-7 days some of the hop complexities start falling off and after 11-14 days the malt complexities follow suit and a one dimensional malt sweetness starts to show. I am uber spoiled by a local grocery store that somehow seems to always have 3-9 day old jai alai on the shelf (when it's there).

Just a reminder, signups for the "almost anniversary" round of the locals are still under way. One more week to enter, and the targets will be going out sometime in the week after signups end (based on my days off, which I don't know yet)

I'll do another reminder later this week and at that time I'll do the "tag everyone who I have signed up just to make sure" bit

Whew! Finally caught up with the thread. Got back last night and had about 25-30 pages to catch up on. Brought almost 3 cases of beer back from Belgium and thankfully all of it made it intact!

Highlight of the trip (beerwise) absolutely was working through 10-12 different bottles (including 3 Fou Founes) at Cantillon along with a couple I found were going to be there from BA along with two other couples that we found. A number of other tables were looking at us with envy considering we normally had 4-5 bottles on our table at a time. And then having one of the guys mention he was in the beer industry and one of the women asking what he did as she was interesting in getting into the beer industry... and having him let us know he's the owner/brewer of Almanac and giving us a Farmers Reserve Strawberry to try.

I've got 3 boxes 1/2 packed... I'm expecting all 3 to go out by Wednesday.

2 of you are expecting them. 1 should be a total surprise.
