Most of them. Standing inline or chasing a truck ain't for me. Most hyped beers are not worth the effort I find

    Enjoy

Based on distro to NH, looks like I could make an argument for the following IPAs:

Union Jack, Resin, Finest Kind, Hop Devil, Stone IPA, Lagunitas IPA and judging by ratings, most any of the Green Flash Hop Symposium variants.

In terms of easy to find ones: Stone IPA, Smuttynose Finestkind & 21st Amendment Brew Free or Die are three that quickly come to mind.

I'm really digging the Sierra Nevada Hop Hunter right now.

Take note of what's coming in and turning over at your local store. I find that Hop Stupid, Flower Power, Sculpin, Maximus, Centennial, Loose Cannon, among others, tend to shelf turd around here and grow old, so I usually go with the locals (Larry, Maine Beer Co, etc), seasonals (ie. Celebration), or high turnover IPAs (ie Sucks).

I also love Easy Jack and Double Jack and don't blame you for not wanting to chase trucks. In this day and age of plentiful IPAs you certainly don't need to. My favorite easily attainable IPAs are

    Ballast Point Sculpin
    Bell's Two Hearted
    Victory Dirtwolf
    Cigar City Jai Alai
    Lagunitas Sucks
    Sixpoint Hi-Res
    Founders All-Day
    Dogfish Head 90 Minute

Double Jack is def. top 10 for me. Deschutes' Fresh-Squeezed IPA is also one of the best IPAs around ( I'm surprised I never hear anyone talk about that one). And if you live where it's distrubuted, Dirtwolf.

All Day IPA is definitely one of my go to's. 15 pack for $20 can't be beat imo. DirtWolf is a beast too.

Not sure where in NH you are but some NH beers to consider. NH's own Stoneface makes a very good IPA (and APA). If you're near Portsmouth stop into Earth Eagle when they're serving Gangsta IPA. Very nice IPA. If you get to Derry NH stop into From the Barrel. They make some very good hoppy beers.

Both Stoneface and From the Barrel are easy to find in most Southern NH bottle shops.

There are so many good, readily available IPA's out there so it might take less time to come up with a list of ones you WOULD have to truck-chase/camp out for.

Nobody's actually camping out, chasing trucks, or standing in lines to buy IPAs are they? I mean, I think that's in the Book of Revelation or something.

I will forever bang the drum for Interurban and Red Chair

EDIT: reading comprehension ftl. NH don't get no Fremont and I don't know about Deschuttes. So, uh, yeah, Hop Hunter was pretty good? Stone (especially Ruination or Enjoy By related thing) and Lagunitas? You seem to live in the land of 'rarity' so I don't know what local offerings would qualify.
    My bad!

I tend to find my local options to be best for freshness and ease in obtaining. Nice range of ABV as well with Boat at 4.2, Head High at 6.5, 077XX at 7.8 and Overhead at 8.2. Although 077XX is becoming a tad difficult to keep on hand in canned format these days.
