    Any over the top IPA (India pale ale). A well bittered beer is a thing of beauty, but when the IBU's (international bittering unit) are cranked up, just for the sake of cranking them up, and throwing the rest of the beer profile under the bus, does nothing for me.

    Alpine Nelson. I love IPAs & like Rye but this one just does nothing for me. I’ve tried it multiple times too so I know it wasn’t just a bad batch.

    I do not like Enjoy By, or regular Stone IPA.
    I do not like Arrogant Bastard, unfortunately I have a non craft friend who always seems to buy it for parties and says he gets it for me. I would feel too bad saying anything to him, he really thinks I love the stuff.

    I love the west coast IPA. I live in Portland, we drink IPA's like the rest of the country drinks coca cola. In fact, Pliney the younger is fantastic! Just can't get on board with the elder.

    I do like regular sculpin - my only beef with the regular here in MD is its normally not all that fresh and a bit pricey - both results of being about as far as you can get from a brewery while remaining in the same country.

    Grapefruit Sculpin. Tries to force the citrus notes into an already great IPA. That, and I see people treating it like it's hidden treasure....it's in every packie I go into.
