Here is the question that should be asked, if the food is good, I will pay and go back again, if the food is not any good one and done.

That said, I'll give it a try in the coming weeks. Eaten at plenty of places more and less expensive. Whether I go back will be based on the quality of the food and the service. Unfortunately, that's what happens at all these places. My advice is always to try it before you condemn it.

Final comment: I don't see why anyone would be surprised at this pricing... from day 1 Karbach has been about maximizing profit from their investment - i.e. the selling of the distribution rights, the first brewery in the Houston area to start selling pints instead of tours after the law change, etc... none of this is anything new. I still like their beers and will continue to support them. Can't condemn someone for trying to make a buck if they have a good product.
