Congrats Libbey!

I fell asleep last night before I posted my guess and was moving all day today and couldn't get my internet set up in time. Still had fun and I enjoyed the tour of your cellar, Brees. My guess after counting your cellar was 229 but I saw that you had a couple hauls since you posted that video and had about 5-8 more to add...I was considering the ethics of one upping libbey's 236 but obviously never had to make that tough decision. I guess I'm just destined to remain on contestant's row (what's the consolation prize this time?)

I was considering it too, but in the end decided I didn't have the balls to pull such a dick move.

Edit: Did everyone else do a count from the video? I tried to do a rough count, including the boxes, and then subtracted 10% just in case some of the boxes weren't full. My guess was 278, minus 27, for 251. If I had gone with 15% (which I didn't think about), I would have ended up with 278 minus 41 ... which would have put me at the magic 237.

I only counted bottles I could see...including some bottle tops I spotted in some of the top boxes...but none of the others.

 

I thought he said in the video most of the boxes were empty. I rough-counted 190 and figured I was short. If I went one over someone, it wouldn't have been libbey.

 

He did say most were empty. I also rough counted around 190 and just sort of randomly added 15 that I figured I missed.

This really was fun.

 

I started to count and said to myself this is stupid.

Then I questimated based on my own leanings as a lush.

woot woot!

 

I just took a SWAG at it. Scientific Wild Ass Guess.

 

Damn ... I guess I should have watched the video with sound!

 

Watch out for the wants sniper. VERY NICE.
