Moving from Chicago to Denver

You're in good company! I moved here from Portland nearly three years ago and a good portion of the cool people I've met have recently moved here from Chicago!

 

Screw that!! Wear it proudly! I met up for an IP trade just last week near Denver and the BA I met wearing a Hawks hat

I'm also a Chicago translant as of last year. You'll love it here.

 

I went on the Mountain forum looking for advice on Denver bottles shops - visiting next week (from Chicago!) for a conference. If anyone knows of any bottle shops that reliably have Crooked Stave or Casey bottles (just the regular stuff, not expecting whalez) I would much appreciate it. Also would love to hear people's thoughts on Trve brewing's taproom.

Most stores will have a great selection of Crooked Stave right now. Mile High Wine and Spirits seems to be the place for Casey. Not sure if they have any on hand but early in the week there was plenty. I like Trve. It's a bit dark but I like the beer. I usually go down there during the day so can't speak to going later in the evening and how the crowd is.
