I thought I was drinking ghost pepper extract. Maybe with some age it will settle down

 

Yeah, I definitely don't plan on drinking it. I was thinking boil some brats in it or dumping it in a pot of chili.

I was a little disappointed in the first box but it still had some great beers in it. I was optimistic with the second one but opened it and was thinking

I appreciate the generosity and have no problem with my address being shared privately. Just know by sending me something I have your address and will ninja you back when you least expect it.

 

Hey @slvrmon82 any interest in sending a third box that has some actually decent beer in it, before everyone else has to pick up your slack? If you have any interest in doing any future BIFs, I STRONGLY recommend it.

 

Well I am going to say this - the box I sent @slvrmon82 was sent in good faith based on his previous BIF history, a veteran of BA, and being a part of the beer community. I received some amazing boxes with great beer from @Yohann and filled those same boxes with some pretty damn good out of distro beer and sent them with the expectation that my target would take care of his target.

The previous iteration of Stout BIF was my first BIF, and to this day have a good relationship with many of the guys in there, including my sender @justanewby. I surely do not want @mseitz24 to have a bad experience in his first BIF, so if he is not taken care of properly, I will personally take care of him. So I certainly hope that my good faith is not taken advantage of.

The best way to avoid him feeling responsible for sending boxes back is by a large number of us sending him things. He'll be so overwhelmed he'll give up on the idea of ninja'ing us back...which he shouldn't do in the first place as he's the one who got pretty F'ed over.
