Make me go "awww" LIF

    Alright, this is my first LIF. I won libbey's Furry Friends LIF a little while back and I've kept meaning to get one started but didn't have a chance...but now I do!

    So here is the skinny. I love looking at photos...especially cute ones that make me smile and reduce my urge to shout obscenities at all the people who drive me crazy in the course of a given day (mostly my students). The rules are pretty basic:

    1) Has to be a pic or set of pics you took
    2) Has to be cute or amusing
    3) Beer should in some way be included
    4) No Photoshop!

    One submission per BA please. This can involve multiple photos in a series but no more than 3 per series. Be creative!

    The winner will receive a box of goodies from Fremont Brewing here in Seattle:

    1) Summer Ale
    2) Homefront IPA
    3) Hoplab #1 Cowiche Canyon
    4) Kentucky Dark Star

    Fremont is one of my favorite breweries in the Pacific NW and I'd like to share this appreciation with some fellow BAs..which leads me to the final rules:

    5) Please don't compete in this LIF if you have easy access to these beers. This is meant to help folks who haven't had the chance to try stuff from Fremont the chance to do so.
    6) Lower 48 only unfortunately.
    7) You have to start your own LIF down the road.

    If you have any questions, let me know! Otherwise I look forward to the submissions. The LIF will stay open until July 31st and my wife will assist me in choosing a winner who will be notified on August 1st. Beer will be in the mail by the 2nd.

    HA! Not sure what is better...the pic itself, the random insertion of it between your other pics or the perfectly-to-the-point description. It is, in fact, a pig in rain boots.

    I think this one meets all the criteria - I took it, its untouched, it involves beer, and its an "aww" moment, at least for me. This is a pic of my son, pretending to drink a Shiner Black Lager (to traumatize his mother), at the world famous Black's BBQ in Lockhart, TX. The aww moment for me was that he knew well enough to pretend to drink a solid local craft. :grinning:

    My sister adopted a rescue puppy in college. Shes three now and a chocolate lab + mystery breed mix. My sister just moved down south meaning I'm taking care of her for a few months. This is Lilly.
