I'll be there and should have some time to kill. What time are you going to Noble? I might stop and grab a beer.

Got my 2. The line was already 15 people-ish deep. Niku was there though so he can give us the play by play.

Thanks @Doomsayer52! We REALLY enjoyed ourselves. Got nice and toasty on some of the best beer in California (and Oregon). Once again, thank you so much for helping me with that extra ticket.

Really glad I drove over on my lunch hour. Would have been bummed to miss it

Guess that's what happens when you only have 5 cases. I think it lasted for days when they had it for sale back in 2012.

Going to the Bruery around 2, then get to Noble around 4:15ish... It gets crazy now right after opening. Need to get a seat

It went into distro all the way to GA where I got my first bottle. Loved it, been trading and bartering for more ever since. I still have three. Incredible beer.

I liked KFP a lot (it was my 2nd fav sour behind Fruit Salad), but I can definitely see how the vanilla would turn a lot of people off.

I'm just not an Oude Bruin guy, I tend towards berliners and sour blondes these days.

And I haven't seen any mention of Semillon yet but I thought it was pretty tasty, pretty much what Atomic Kangarue should have been.

Atomic Kangarue gets a lot of hate but I really dug that beer. Something about dry hopped sours that I just can't say no to.

Me, too, had a bunch of dry hopped sours last night at a bottle share, most of which were tart, funky, complex and refreshing. But none of the bottles of Kangarue I had, nor my current HS partner had, had any hops to them, weren't bretty, and weren't even remotely sour. Going by the huge disparity between the description and the bottles I had (3) it was the most disappointing beer in my couple of years of society membership.

And I got all of those. Maybe you had to drink it fresh? Or some bottles just weren't as good. I personally thought it was quite funky and just the right amount of hops.

I drank one fresh, one a couple of weeks after purchase, and left one out on the front steps in hot direct sunlight for two months hoping for something other than a bland beer. It didn't help nor hurt relative to the properly stored bottles.

Nah Man, I'll be on vacation in Costa Rica! But @treshojas should be at Noble, say what's up to him! Big ducks fan.

Guess that's a sign of positive progress from their QC department...
