This past year I transitioned to Barrington Coffee Roasting Company for my personal coffee and espresso usage. The Kalledevarapura espresso from Inida is what we used in Breakfast Exorcism, and it is also what I pull most mornings at home on my Vivaldi II.

Hey Donco, we tweaked the base beer and instead of Remy martin barrels we were able to get 30 year old Pierre Ferrand Barrels direct from the distillery. We also changed the label.

Looks like the state-only releases are hitting it out of the park. Protosphere Phil is the best IPA I've had from them.

Thanks! I'll be on the lookout. Although, I have to say I've found more of your BA beers over in South Jersey than I have in Philly. Not sure why though. Who is your distributor, again, in Philadelphia?

Now this is something I'm looking forward to. My experience with pecan-based beers is that they're difficult to do well. I've have tried practically every iteration of your Genghis Pecan/Pecan Pie Porter since CS was introduced in Georgia, and this beer has steadily gotten better. I appreciate how you continue tweaking this beer and look forward to this year's version.

Royal Standard? I don't believe it should be listed as retired. It was on the calendar for 2015, right? Ride the Lion is the barrel-aged version of the Royal Standard, and it is awesome.

As for the imperial stout, it's probably Undead Party Crasher. But if you found Vampire Slayer, then that's a nice found. I still have one of those, and it's held up very nicely.

I found another Pimp a couple months ago. Love that beer and hope that it'll be brewed again. I know that Brash has gone off to do their own thing, but I really did like that collab.

I don't see why you couldn't. I haven't cellared Royal Standard, but scotch ales are generally good for the long haul.

I have cellared Undead Party Crasher, and it does quite well for a smoked stout. I did a comparison between a year-old version and a one-month old fresh version some time ago. The fresh version had notes of licorice, dark fruit, coffee, and prominent smoked malts. The cellared version was considerably fruitier and smoother.
