@ClownShoesDreams just so that I can rabidly anticipate what's coming up next - is the Rexx still on for a June release with Evil Crawfish in August like you mentioned?

I love all the creativity that goes into your limited beers, but the number of releases is killing my wallet and overloading my cellar. I can't resist buying every time I see a new one, and I need one to try fresh and a couple to lay down. Really looking forward to trying Crasher, sounds amazing. Loving the Garden State Rhapsody. You guys have nailed barrel aging, where I think most brewers miss the mark. Cognac for Billionaire is such a great combo, loved last years, can't wait to see how the Pierre differs from the Remy. Kind of wish I saved one of last year's bottles. It's refreshing tasting barrel aged beers in something other than bourbon.

 

Looks like July or August for them both.

 

@ClownShoesDreams. Any idea when we can expect to see Billionare in the New Haven, Ct markett?

yeah, i buy way less beer nowadays myself, and honestly i'm fine with just hitting whatever clown shoes specialty i see in bottles and the freshest pale ales i can find. and stuff like billionaire only gets better the longer you hold onto it, so i never regret the purchase.

re: crasher, the combo works. i wasn't as completely in love with it as, say, very angry beast, but the subtle smoked malt coming up against the milky flavor worked realllllly well. surprised more people don't make milk stouts with smoked malt. e.g. a nice lower abv stout with flaked oats, lactose, and smoked malt could be very nice.

No, unfortunately this is a MA only release. I grabbed mine down in MA.

 

We shipped this last Wednesday to CT. Should be hitting shelves now or any day.

 

Any idea how many cases were sent to Ohio? I'm trying to make sure our store gets one since we carry and love all your product, but our rep was making it seem like it would be really hard to get.

 

Would love to know about its availability in Michigan as well. It seems no one really knows how much to expect, nor when. Would love to try and grab a bottle of Billionaire, but it seems like I'll have just have to keep my fingers crossed and hope I stumble into one when it finally hits shelves.
