This could be kind of cool concept if they could keep it going and mix in other breweries head to head. You have enough contenders around the cities. Similar to an Iron Chef kinda deal, give them the ingredients of choice and a few months notice. I'd love to see an Indeed vs. Steele Toe in the sardines, guava, and marlboro light challenge.

 

That's going to be an expensive beer without the ability to use water.
