$15 is getting pricey, but I'm seeing that more and more and its not surprising.

Feel free to rationalize your purchases.

The fact remains that if a 15 buck 6-pack is expensive for Sculpin/Piercing Pils then 15 bucks is expensive.

    Cheers!

I just remembered Goose Island Sofie...hard to believe that one wasn't suggested yet.... it's certainly available in IL, is excellent, and sold in 4-packs so should be relatively affordable.

I love stillwater saison. One of my favorites. Cellars door is also great.

    Enjoy

I lucked out and tried a new beer store today that is going out of business and picked up 4 bombers of Sofie for 5.50 each. By far my favorite saison.

I am on a home brew hiatus until about mid June. At that time I will be brewing a saison. A tank 7 clone sounds great. Would you mind sharing the recipe?

Golden road makes a Saison Citron in cans thats very affordable but my go to12 oz'er is Great Divide's Collette or even better Goose Islands Sofie.

It's not any more expensive. Yeast is yeast no matter the strain, some wild yeast excluded I guess.
