    First World Problems:

    Don't crack your Framboos for at least a year. It's fruit juice with minimal funk at the moment. This is all info from KC and Saint Louis guys who have 6+ bottles cause few people know about it in their area compared with our area. They have done 2011 and 2014 side-by-sides. F, I know one guy in KC who has two unopened cases <-------- ******ed

    If you crack it now, you probably are not going to get what you were hoping for. That being said, hopefully we all can get something. :slight_smile:

    I actually like a little bit of residual juice sweetness. Assuming a certain Crooked Stave sponsored event has more this fall, that timing should be perfect.

    I have had Pappy 23 and coke before. I know a guy who's signature creation is bananas foster made with George Stagg. It's pretty tasty.

    Back to the subject, all this nonsense has hit me hard - I might need to take a beat on Untappd and the BA for a little bit, cool out and come back later. This whole Cantillon bullshit is immensely disappointing to me.

    Although I think wine people now understand that whole, pesky supply/demand thing. It's an accomplishment to secure some 1989 Chateauneuf-Du-Pape because of rarity, not because you waited outside the store for 4 hours. I guess wine snobs are pretentious and beer snobs are whiny? :stuck_out_tongue:

    Yesterday was a good beer day for Colorado Springs, finally. 2 cases of framboos, a case of fou, and a case of intense red made it down here.
