No brewing here either but tons of beer projects. My "Phuket Porter" (15G batch) got 2# of cocoa nibs, 1.5# of toasted coconut, zest of 2 limes, 5 sliced thai chilies and 20oz of PB2 (powdered peanut butter). Trying to recreate this ice cream in beer form. I have an amazingly bitter IPA from two weekends ago that just finished dry-hopping. I will be using my new Chugger pump to push the beer out of my Spiedel fermenter, through a beer filter and into 4 cornys (20 gallon batch). It is amazingly bitter because my dip tube came out of my pot during whirpool and my flameout hops steeped for like 40 minutes. I spent 25 minutes clearing the chiller thinking that was the problem... And I plan on bottling 10 gallons of "Xanadu" Belgian Golden Strong tonight so I can free up two more cornys

Trying to decide what to brew next Sunday before we leave town for a wedding in Philly then NHC in San Diego!

Looks like this thread didn't get renewed this weekend. Anyhow, got the Brett Brunette bottled today.

Use CO2, not a Chugger pump to push the beer. Chugger will Oxidize the craps out of fermented beer.

Currently fermenting an imperial porter (~7.5%). Added an extra jug of pilsen malt extract to enhance the caramel notes. Then aging on sweet orange, tangerine, and true cinnamon.
