    Wooo...haven't been on the first page in ages, but, I'm on vacation! A delicious Bloody Mary and a Harpoon IPA at the Kismet Inn on Fire Island with the wife. Beautiful out, cheers all.

    I swear there is a contest to see who can be the biggest idiot today. It's like 5 Monday's rolled into one.

    At least this will numb the dumb; anyone know the hop blend in this? I'm 99% sure I get mosaic, maybe simcoe, but I'm not great at picking out hops yet.

    Some busy work in the garage and Sucks as I await word on how my mutts knee surgery went. She's getting along in years and needed some reconstruction. According to the vet, today is the easy part. Keeping her 'calm' for the next two months as she heals is the real challenge.:grimacing:

    Today's starter, Heretic's Shallow Grave porter (3.76). It's quite good, but doesn't have the flavor intensity nor complexity of a world class - such as Victory at Sea, or an outstanding one - such as Founders.
