Roadtripping to Seattle with Surly Darkness

    Hello,

    I'll be in Seattle Aug 1-4th, if anyone would like to trade the best of the Pacific NW for a bottle of 2011 or 2010 Surly Darkness make me an offer. I prefer IPA's or wild/sours, but anything tasty can work.

    I have two offers right now, I could bring a third bottle if there was any more interest. As for Furious - We'll have to see if any survive the trip - we're camping in Banff, checking out Vancouver, camping at Decption Pass before making it to Seattle. If I find some computer access in Vancouver or when I arrive in Seattle I'll get a post on where I'm headed if anyone wants to come out ...(I'll also report if any Furious made it)...Jeff thank for the Seattle info, can't wait...

    If you're ever flying through Minneapolis, Ike's at the airport has Furious in cans. They're not on the menu like Bender on tap, you just have to ask for them.

    After you come across the border stop in Bellingham and we'll grab a brew. Deception Pass is my favorite place in the NW, an area filled with beautiful places. Shoot me a message. Larrabee state park is about 10 South of downtown Bham (and about 7 South of the Fairhaven neighborhood) along beautiful Chuckanut Drive: http://www.parks.wa.gov/parks/?selectedpark=Larrabee . It's about an hour from Larrabee to DP. Make sure you check out Skagit and North Sound breweries in Mt. Vernon, Anacortes/Rockfish Grill in Anacortes, and Flyers in Oak Harbor while your in the DP area. Cheers!

    In Seattle....one Furious made the trip this far....I'll be at Fremont Brewery tomorrow (Thurs) around 5 pm for a couple hours....I'll have the family and black lab w/ me....first one with a beer trade at the brewery for the Furious wins.... :slight_smile: Jeff
