After everything I've read/heard about Ocelot, I feel like maybe I was having an off/bad day. Disappointing, for sure, after what I've been hearing. :slight_frown:

That said, there are more than double the beers on now at Ocelot as when I first went (only 3) and I'm very excited to be going back very soon.

Caboose Brewing Company in Vienna finally opened up a few weeks ago. The beers are very solid and they have a wide range of styles (IPA, hoppy wheat, brown, stout, hefe, saison, and rye pale ale). I was a little skeptical, but they are off to a solid start. They still need to work through some service/space issues, but Vienna was in great need of this.

I haven't had the food yet as it was slammed when my wife and I showed up with very limited seating.

My only complaint- it's a little pricey and not all of the servers know how to fill growlers.

I recommend it if you are in the area.

Brewbound posted an article yesterday that provided a little more insight. http://www.brewbound.com/news/flying-dog-scraps-would-be-farm-brewery

Thanks for posting the article. The good news is that the farm is in talks with other folks as we speak and is set on having a brewery onsite. Hope they get it figured out soon!
