Nebco: What's on tap (May 2015)

they need a better system of updating whats on tap.

 

they're closed right now for renovations.

 

yes i know that , im speaking in general. Just look at how many times people ask whats on tap or for an update - they need a better system for whats on tap. people have mentioned its on fb! sometimes they forget twitter. one solution is get an app to post to both right away, double up on social media add instagram etc...or just as simple have an updated website that they can post to the website "growlers" section and at the same time post to all of their social media with one click.

 

I would say it has been months since they have missed a day updating facebook. I agree there are easy ways (apps) to update multiple platforms simultaneously, but facebook is updated and even reposted to when something kicks.

At the end of the day, I don't think they are hurting for customers and they are brewing as fast as they can. In other words, from a business perspective, I don't think their less than first in class social media presence is hurting them any.

 

Yep. I think I've seen them miss -one day- in the last three months on Facebook, and they updated twitter that day instead. Gotta keep my fat ten-er streak going. I believe I heard them discussing once how their webmasters weren't the most responsive people. I don't have any issue with the current system.. It's all of three clicks in the fb app, as it's always in my search history. :]

 

Yeah, I mean based on what they have said on Facebook, sometimes they don't know what will be ready, especially on Wednesday. And sometimes on Twitter they'll send it out early in the day if they do. It kind of adds to the mystique, plus keeps the initial line down, so I'm not complaining.
