Man, I brought guava to the Melange 10 blending session, but it was just not a hit. I'm going to take your quote and use it to feel better about myself, though.

 

Yes please! Those fruits all worked great together.

 

The 02.02.02 was not the worst beer of the Vertical Epic set we opened in January 0f 2013. Not by a long shot. It was actually kind of orange honey-like and cleaner than it had any right to be.

(I bought the 02.02.02 in February of 2002, instead of paying something extortionate a few years later. Sure, I probably could have traded it many times over, but it only cost $5, and curiosity made me want to try it.)

 

A couple years ago I tried to trade a Batch 1 and BA Batch 1 for locals/anything, and got crickets. Nobody was interested. Glad to hear that people value early Bruery oddities again.

 

Hit the TR on Saturday with a couple buddies, as the last stop before a concert in Pomona. Sat next to a nice gentleman at the bar that informed me he was a Hoarders member after talking with him for about 10 minutes. Being a first-timer, he offered to unlock pours and lend his discount to me. I accepted.

 

386 bottles of Melange 3 just sitting there, taunting me with the 4-bottle limit.

 

Im going to miss the 1pm release..even if it wasnt always something I wanted, it was fun checking after lunch

 

Hey @djmichaelk .... Can you leave me feed back from our trade last August. Lol I want it out of my pending trades.

 

ROLL CALL: Who is coming today? I plan to be there from 3ish to 5ish before heading down to Pie Dog for the GI takeover. (I will get the last laugh over Chicago. You may have beaten my ducks but I will drink all of your PROP!)

I might swing by the tasting room if they have anything new. I'd love to swing by Pie Dog but I am pretty sure it'll be packed.

 

I agree with you. I thought it wasn't too bad at all. We opened it in Jan of 13 (give or take a month)

 

Ha! Now that I look I have a bunch of pending feedback to complete. I guess Old Man K still can't work this newfangled trading system. (getoffmylawn)
