We should be talking about the RuinTen relaunch, instead.

Yeah, I was so bothered by it that this was all I could think about all day. Lol..... No, it's just the fact that it's the same beer every time and it's almost to the point of year round now, so it just seems like a new thread every time it's released is just rehashing the same thing over and over. No need to get snappy, big guy. We're all just havin' fun.

You mean the beer that knocks your socks off, almost mind blowing. Then, after 8-10oz becomes overly sweet and somewhat off putting? ;-P Sorry, thought I'd talk about it some.

Anyone else think that Stone is overrated and saturate the market? Have had plenty of their beers and very few are worth actually getting again. Idk if I am the only one, but they arent that great to begin with.

    I
its never as good as the last batch.
    I get onion flavor
There shouldn't be a new thread for every new release
I drank the 4/12/2013 and even though it wasn't quite as good as the 5/19/2014 it was infinitely better than the 2/14/2015

I haven't had the last few releases. Sometimes it tastes really juicy and tropical( my preference) and sometimes its just really dank and not much else. I think I'll pick up this release and give it a try

Why not...the series is not always shipped to the same markets so probably more of a reason to have a new thread for each release

One shop got bombers and sixers but put them on the shelf instead of in a fridge. I grabbed a couple singles a week before 4.20 and it was not good. Grocery store nearby had sixers (cold) a week + but I didn't check anywhere the day before to see. My go to bottle shop only had bombers and sold out about a week after getting them in.

There are 7+ billion people on the planet. It's not a stretch to say that at LEAST 99% of them don't know Stone, don't care about Stone, or don't like Stone. So, my friend, you may be comfortable in the warm and fuzzy knowledge that you are not the only one, and that you truly share the sentiment of the masses. You are among billions.

You guys in the major markets - or at least the more populated areas - are fortunate. I live over three hours away from the nearest large metro area, so we just don't see as much of the stuff coming out as you do. I love where I live, but it is a bit out of the way.

Fair to say that I am NOT among billions then. I will continue to look forward to Stone releases and revamps and visit the grounds when I'm down south, along with the other great San Diego Breweries! Keep 'em coming!

Just curious, but I assume you are talking about the former RuinTen which is based of the former Ruination? I believe the next RuinTen will be based of Ruination 2.0 which is quite a bit different from 1.0 and for me is a great improvement.

I agree that RuinTen is massive and take a serious hophead to put down a bomber, which I'm happy to do, but I'd rather share a bottle with another hophead or 2 :-)

Yeah, I hate when beers are readily available. Stone should make more beers like enjoy by brewery release only.

Got my hands on a sixer last evening. Went to a BevMo near Stone. They had 6 or more cases of the sixers and it looked like only one sixer had been bought. The "saturation" was grotesque. I consider myself fortunate. Went great with the siege on Hardhome. Seems like this newest batch is a mix between the danker releases and the fruitier releases. Bomb!
