I'm getting a bit more "booziness" than I remember. Could it be because they are sooooo fresh? Would a couple weeks maybe mellow it out a bit?

If you find it boozy, I don't think age will change that much. You'll get the hops degrading and the malt coming more forward. Some DIPAs can be a bit boozy, so it may be just as intended.

It probably is... I'm always amazed how they're able to make a 9%+ beer so easy to drink.

Don't get me wrong...I had no problems killing the bomber, but I was over it after about 12oz. Your reply however, is a hell of a response. OK, you peaked my interest...

We're glad you're enjoying Stone Ruination Double IPA 2.0, but the Stone RuinTen Triple IPA recipe isn't changing. It's staying the same. We do still recommend sharing it with your fellow hopheads though!

    Cheers,
    Stephanie

    Are you crazy???????
It is so much better than the last batch. It blows the last batch out of the water! !!!!!!!!!

Oh wait, I didn't try the last batch and the last batch isn't out yet. I don't care, I'm not changing my opinion.
I hope jersey gets some this time around

The ultimate batch was the first ever batch. And I bet if they'd made it sooner then that batch would have been even more amazing.

My Whole Foods actually sold out of sixers, I was pretty surprised. I grabbed the last one a week or so before the date. I think they still had bombers though.

Enjoy By is terrifically consistent, if there is a difference I can't tell. I don't see what the big deal is to a bomber of Ruin 10, it's a great beers but still only 22 oz so, don't drink on an empty stomach. A big fan of Stone, they make great IPAs , but that's obvious.

So pardon the question if I'm just being a stupid n00b, but is each Enjoy By xx.xx.xxxx different or is it the same recipe brewed at different times of the year with the same self destruct timeline?

I know it's not the same every time, but I don't know exactly what they change in the recipe. The taste has always been uplifting to me. I believe the ABV has ranged from high 9% to 11.0%.

I don't know to be honest, but every bottle I've had is like the last, consistent on the taste profile IMO. Shoot Stone an e mail I'm sure they would respond.
