    Nope, not in Tampa Bay. I'm doing my best to get out of here. I'd actually be looking at New Orleans for a shop. The city is finally moving from a liquor city to a liquor/beer city, and I see a good opportunity to get in on the 2nd floor (Too late for the ground floor, but I'd be happy with the 2nd.)

    From 8-5 I play mechanic for a mom & pop shop specializing in all makes / models. But when the sun goes down the real me comes out and I run the beer dep for my wife's package store

    Commercial Real Estate Appraiser working on my state licensing and eventual MAI certification, basically a Trainee right now. I was previously a Steel Detailer for a lot of years and still do freelance from time to time.
