    I'm hoping that the "seeping with the notes of burnt marshmallows" claims are substantiated enough to earn their front label status, when the longer description paragraph in the web store doesn't reinforce that at all.

    Just to be clear I don't think it tasted infected or is infected. I'm pretty sure it's just the White Oak Sap. I can say for certain that to my palate it's not the luscious beer that folks are describing. Maybe it will be a great drinker the 2nd day after opening. I am getting one bottle to try.

    You'll get there - I admire your enthusiam right out of the gate with the numerous posts, etc. Reminds me of a young JohnCassillo when he first started populating the site with his posts. Looks like he burnt out, though, so make sure to pace yourself!:wink:

    I've filled white ones for trades and then just switched them out to a blue one and shipped it. You do need to use a white hoarders growler though.

    Regular cap but put it in a gallon zip lock bag before you ship to prevent leaking during transport.

    Second this.... Just had mine replaced and shipped earlier this week, arrived leaking and completely flat. Make sure you bag em when shipping, high risk for leakage.
