I was in consumer banking for 23 years, but my job was eliminated a few years ago. I now work at a store that sells high-end housewares, fine foods, cheese and (of course) and enormous selection of beer. Plus I get to roast coffee! Needless to say, I'm a little happier than I used to be!

Problem is....once you get popped, there's not only no progress, but a big gap in employment history when it comes to your resume.

Operations Manager over 3 bottled water plants. I often dream that our 1200 bottle per minute lines are running beer instead of water.
