I'm half way tempted to actually print one of these up! Sadly the original picture isn't high res so I can't make it bigger. Would anyone else actually want one? Or for that matter have any better ideas?

 

I'd say just eliminate the picture completely and you have a #NotBasic Beer tshirt.

So did the person who set that up get his likeness rights and/or consult an attorney? He seems like the type who wouldn't have a problem filing a lawsuit just to be a dick, regardless of the specific legality involved.

The whole thing just sounds so typical LA d-bagish. All the 5 star reviews on yelp seem to be people associated with Iron Triangle or friends of theirs.
