I'm going to go with Lagunitas Wilco Tango Foxtrot. It gets a decent rating on BA (88), but I absolutely love this beer. I don't know if its the hop profile, or the malt profile (I'm normally not a fan of browns and this is an Imperial Brown even if that isn't a BA style), or what, but I love it. Unfortunately its fairly hard to find in my part of NC (the price doesn't help matters since it's a cheap bomber it goes really quick whenever it comes in). It is one of a VERY few beers that I'll drink multiple times in a year (again, if I can find it).

Absolutely! I like Southern Tier for the most part anyway (Warlock is close to being another of my most underrated beers as it is by far my favorite pumpkin beer, in a style that I don't particularly care for), and 2xone surprised me quite a bit and really enjoyed it.

The problem with Black Angel as an underrated beer is that its rated decently to start with and its probably not a top 5 beer from Wicked Weed and maybe not even a top 5 sour from Wicked Weed... It is good though. For me its current rating is just about right, maybe 1-2 points low if anything.

Only rated 86. This thing is freaking delicious. Drinking my first one right now and I think it can definitely hang with the big boys

I really enjoyed that one myself, I drink about half the beer and make my own mental notes before looking it up so I can rate it the way I taste it not by what others think....always leads me to delicious beers from all over the World.

Fire Rock Pale Ale by Kona...

BA gives it a 82 while the Bros score it a 90...I've reviewed it at a 4.35...a 20.5% rDev.

It is by far one of my favorite APAs.

Leffe blonde. I'll never understand the 66 from the bros. it is totally serviceable quaffing Belgian beer. And I can get a 750 for $4.50. Reminds me of sidewalk cafés in Paris and an epic camping trip at pace bend park in austin, Texas.

for quite a while, the Bros had rated Bell's Expedition under 90%. I notice this has been removed, but still - WTF, Bros?

Sometimes there are brews that just don't get the love they should. For me, it's the Alesmith Wee Heavy. It's malty and thick, with just the right amount of sweet and punch. It gets overshadowed by Alesmith Speedway and it's variants, but it's a must have if you're into Scotch Ales.

What beers have you come across that just don't get the love they should?
