    Cigar City Good Gourd is the best by far, trade for that if you like pumpkin beers and you won't be disappointed!

    Also, Pumking is terrible, so artificial, I'll be the first to jump OFF that bandwagon.

    Almost forgot about smuttynose's pumpkin ale! I also enjoy a couple six packs of Gritty McDuff'w halloween ale in the fall. I will have you try some frog hallow this year.

    do pumpkin beers age well or do they need to be drank fresh? i'd like to buy some when they are released (late august here) but hold off until mid-oct if possible to start drinking them and hopefully make them last through november.

    Fresh from what I understand. Just had a Pumking recently and most of the pumpkin flavor was gone. Tons of gram cracker notes tho

    from what i have heard about Avery they reserve a certain amout of cases for ditro outside of CO, an CO is last to get distro.
