    Right now a Rockmill Saison.....writing this while the coals get rockin!

    Time for Jack marinated prime rib, jerk chicken, and some "yuppie" burgers with blue cheese inside. Yum!

    Nice. I'm early to the game and learning to be a beer aficionado without being a snob. Had a Corona Friday... with a lime, it's quite tasty.

    I'm a HUGE fan of Firestone Walker's 805... just a nice clean beer for a warm day.

    Stealing sips of my dad's Budweiser was an integral part of learning to grill; a pilsner is almost a requirement. Usually Pilsner Urquell. If not a pilsner, an easy-drinking wheat because it's so damn hot out.
