Hard Slab Brewing Co. - I currently brew on my front porch. If you look at my avatar you will note the concrete slab that is my front porch. My BA handle is actually inspired by the MST3K version of a movie called "12 To The Moon" coupled with my current brewing setup.

Since it's Texas and a new brewery needs a beer with wide appeal I'd probably go with a blonde ale I'd call Cement Blonde, as I don't want to get a Cease & Desist letter. Everybody also expects an IPA. I make an interesting IPA that I dry hop with German Hallertau. I'd call it something like Rock Solid IPA. You can see the general theme emerging.

Portage Path Brewing......we have an ancient native American trail / path in our area (Akron), which was a portage route between the Cuyahoga river and Tuscarawas rivers

Capt Pipe Pilsner would be the house brew (Capt Pipe, or Chief Hopocan, was a fierce Delaware indian warrior chief....he was an ass-kicker!), along with Portage Porter

Idk maybe Armpit. Named after the area of NJ I grew up in. The armpit is the Elizabeth/ amboys/ keyport area that jets in towards central jersey.

I'd start it in Cape Cod, and call it something like "Beach Chair Brewing" or maybe "Great White Brewing" if we were in Chatham. We'd can most everything to make it beach friendly, but would make some great stouts and porters for winter.

By the way @Srkolodn, Dragon Spit is a superb name.

I always thought a brewery with beers named after mid-sized and large US cities would be fun.

"Picked up two San Diego's, an Atlanta, three St. Paul's and a Phoenix earlier today - love those make your own 6ers"

    Maybe I'm an oddball, though.

Furnace Brook Brewery or The Foundry ...... There were a lot of foundries and lime kilns in my area around the time of the Civil War and there is a Furnace Brook close by.
