Alesmith Availability in the Great Lakes region

    Happy Sunday everyone. I may be stupid for this question but what is the availability of Alesmith beers in the Great Lakes region? I am from Ann Arbor MI, drove down to Toledo today (the Andersons - Talmadge Dr. ) and snagged a few bottles of Alesmith Speedway Stout, as well as IPA and a few other seldom seen beers from other breweries. Is this a lucky day or just a normalcy?

    I usually am not that far north but I see it all the time on shelves around the Southwest area of Ohio.

    Most stores, that carry a decent craft selection, have it in NW WI.

    With Alesmith IPA, make sure you check the bottle date before purchasing. For some reason shops in Wisconsin have been finding it hard to sell and it's been sitting for 4-12 months, sometimes longer.

    It's an awesome IPA when fresh (1-2 months) but I wouldn't purchase it after 3 months.

    Agreed had a fresh Alesmith IPA in San Diego last month was absolutely amazing, unfortunately was at the Andersons Store in Toledo, they had two boxes of IPA bombers but all were dated 11/14

    I have heard that there are some BA Alesmith bottles floating around WI - which places carry them?

    Gonna be pretty tough to find them now, even the outskirts places that got them have been out for a while.

    Has anyone seen Alesmith (specifically Speedway Stout) in Oshkosh Wisconsin? My parents are traveling up there next week and are great about bringing back some beer during their RV travels. Already working on a list of New Glarus goodies when I noticed Alesmith distributes to Wisconsin. Unfortunately the Alesmith website doesn't have a beer finder app.
