I would say Shluffy brewing company, but I think Schlafly's legal team would have something to say about that. Spring City Brewing would kind of be a logical choice for a Waukesha brewery

Still working out my brewing quirks, but getting things locked down quickly. So I'd have to go with:

    Mercy Flush Brewing

"May stink now...but not for long!"

my real passion is surf fishing, and the way I fish is in a wetsuit swimming out to rocks to fish. basically people that do that are called rock hoppers.

I doubt I'd come up with anything creative. I imagine it would have to do something with the location of said theoretical brewery.

Never thought about it, but since you asked me today, either Bloom County Brewing or Dynamite Company Ales. If it's Bloom County, I guess the flagship beer would be 'Bloom County Raspberry Rose Radler. If it's DCA, maybe something like 'Here Comes The Boom Session Wheat'. Too much fun.

My last name is Pack, so I'd call it Pax Brewing.

I've got a couple names in mind, and a few beer names. Generally, though, I wouldn't name too many of them, to avoid too many cease and desist issues. Just **** Brewing IPA, Saison, Stout, etc, with modifyers if needed, like Imperial Barrel Stout or whatever.
