Headed from Chicago to New Buffalo MI this week and wondering of any good stores to pick up some stuff. We will be swinging past Three Floyds, 18th St....stopping at Greenbush and iTapistry, any other store or brewery suggestions are overly appreciated. Also anyone in the area of the hotel Harbor Grand wanting to swap locals or other PM me!!! Thanks in advance!
@HopHeadHerman I heard that Barneys expanded and has a larger selection. Is that true and have you been?
Barney's is your best bet in New Buffalo, if you want a really big selection you'd have to drive to St. Joe and go to the Liquor Cabinet, biggest selection in Berrien County. And if you do decide to go up there you're not too far from the Livery in Benton Harbor, great brewery.
Barney's has really expanded their already large beer selection. A whole new back area of the store dedicated to beer and liquor. Stopped in on the way to Chicago last week. Lots of Greenbush, Short's, Founders etc. Good bomber selection as well. Not too much in the way of Bell's. Lots of Not Your Father's Root Beer which escaped me in the GR area so I grabbed some. Worth the stop
Stopped at Barneys, had my pop pick up some shorts, thought he grabbed the summer variety but it ended up being the spring, we will see, also go a few singles of odd side and shorts as well. Also picked up village idiot from greenbush
