What would you name your brewery?

    I think I'd call it Sandy City Brewing - after the neighborhood (unofficial title, by the way) where my wife grew up. It's a place that holds a lot of good memories for me, and where I know everyone. A second home, if you will. Plus, it has a nice ring to it, I think.

    Our flagship beer would be a IIPA called Nine Pound Hammer (9.0% abv, of course), after one of my favorite Merle Travis songs.

    I live in the South. I'd call it Confederate States Beer Co. Our flagship beers would be Lee Lager and Stonewall Stout.

    My name is my Avatar, ChickenWing Brewery. The reason, I started homebrewing after sustaining a shoulder injury requiring surgery and me being in a sling for over a month. Being a ED RN, I was unable to work and going NUTS at home, so started brewing beer with my one good arm and the other in a sling. My first beer would be called Mother Hen IPA.

    I call my homebrew operation "Ales from the crypt" with my tiny little man cave being "the crypt". Before that I briefly called it "Beer Factory" (as in Fear Factory, the band).

    I would be incorporated as Sir Gimpy's Ale & Analog Audio Works, Ltd. Beer, vinyl, tube and SS classic audio. Turntable repair and tweaks. Drink Up, Rummy! Heavy discount for wheelchair users, or crutch and brace users.

    The few charity things I've contributed beer to and sent for judging were under "Desperate Hours Brewing". Thankfully the person I stole "Desperate Hours" was cool with the notion and nice of him to get back to me.
