    Another hombrew from a well-known and respected BA. This is a Kolsch, brewed with Pilsner Malt and German Tettnang hops.

    Pretty light gold, hazy pour. Aroma is subtle fruit, some tart apple but mostly white grape on a deep inhale. Slight malt aroma in the background. Taste has the same fruit characteristcs of the nose, very lively on the tongue. Nice little tang on the end, no lingering bitterness, just clean and crisp. Will call it a medium mouthful. Delicious!

    Man, I remember that game! Interesting and cool factoid: I was coached by Goose's brother, Stan Gossage in little league ball out in Colorado Springs and of course Goose's nephew was on the team. Got to meet the Goose when he came to town in search of a place to build a house. He was a big guy!

    Settling in with this for the Cavs/Warriors...really nice contrast to the SoS I just had, leans more towards the English IPA side with floral and herbal undertones. Cheers!
