    AA Hint 1: Shipping West
AA Hint 2: I have never shipped nor received a box from you before
AA Hint 3: Our NFL coaches have something in common.
AA Hint 4: You have several wants, but i dont think they are updated.
Im a @heystevec box and chip virgin sooo here goes it

I love all sandwiches with some heat to it. 99% of the time i go out to eat and said restaurant has a spicy sandwich, im getting it.

With that said, I find myself constantly duplicating a burger i ordered from a restaurant in my area. Its a medium rare burger topped with lettuce, tomato, jalepenos, and tortilla strips. Melted pepper jack cheese and a chipotle aiole spread. All served up on a fresh brioche bun. Just thinking of it makes my mouth tingle... Hopefully the next time i make one of these puppies ill have some of dem crab chips to go along with it!

That pimento cheese burger is excellent.

But - I guess my favorite burger is the best burger I've ever had in my life - multiple times.

Stella's - a craft and burger institution in Grand Rapids makes a blue cheese and ground bacon stuffed half pound burger. I get mine mediumish with Angry Mayo on the side.

    My perfect burger.

Toasted Challah bun, carmelized onions, sauteed mushrooms, tomato, avocado, fresh jalapenos, pepper jack cheese, mayo and a fried egg on medium rare patty. (in other words a big mess, not unlike the Petrol Station's Rancor)

    thanks for the chance!

Medium rare, spicies mixed in with the beef on a potato bun. Nothing else. #bringonthemeat #iamdefinitelygoingtobemockedformyhashtag

I have had the smoke burger and do a knock off of it. Quick sear over the coals and then straight to the 'cool' side of the grill for ~15/20 mins

Whoopsy daisy. Over worked and under sexed. I would recommend the blacklight!

I've had the crab chips and they would go awesome with my burger:
1/2 pound medium rare with bacon, a fried egg, carmelized onions, beef steak tomato, spinach and Tabasco.
    Now I'm hungry

Try the reverse sear, been playing with that the last month or so and am getting good at it. More important for steaks and chops than burgers, but the principle is the same.

I'm also curious if @FATC1TY has seen this site, and what his thoughts are.

Fat guy, feed me. The best burger is the one in my hand right now...

    SRS, tho...

    Potato Roll, lightly toasted
Thick burger(at least 1/3 lb, better if 1/2), cooked medium, well seasoned(salt & pepper)
Slice thick cut white American(preferably Clearfield), melted
Just a quick touch of mayo on the heel on the bun(to keep the juices from soaking through)
1 nice big slice from a fully ripe, Jersey tomato(if you haven't had a ripe Jersey in summer, you will never understand)
    sliced fresh jalepenos
several medium(1/8" thick) slices of red onion
A quick hit of Ketchup on the crown of the bun

Pretty classic, but amazing, if done correctly. It is all about quality of ingredients.

For fancy days, I like gorgonzola, carmelized onions, & whole grain dijon mustard on brioche.

Tomatoes are awful and don't belong on burgers
