No, a reverse sear means cooking it on low heat until it's nearly done, then sear is to finish, whereas a regular sear is to sear hard from raw and then cook on low heat to finish.

Here's an actual guacamole recipe that I've made for a couple bottleshares with some pretty positive feedback:

    6 avocados
    juice of 2 fresh limes
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp cayenne
    1 medium red onion
    1 jalapeno
    4 roma tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (I eyeball this and might have included a bit more)
2 cloves minced garlic (1 tsp of the pre-minced stuff)

Scoop out the seeds of the tomatoes, use only the flesh and dice. Set aside
Dice the red onion. Set aside
    Mince the jalapeno, set aside.
Chop the cilantro pretty finely, set aside.
Mash the avacodos in a large bowl, add all other ingredients and mix well.

I find a metal potato masher works great for mashing the avocado and for folding in the other ingredients. Pretty damn simple, just time consuming.

I should have added he doesn't know it yet, he will tomorrow.

First point: I enjoy what I enjoy, not what the flock tells me I should
    Second point: no argument.

Dibs on all the fruited sours :grinning: I do agree that there's a very distinctive flavor from their yeast (I'm pretty sure I could blindly pick out a JK from a lineup with pretty good success), but I wouldn't say they taste all the same by any stretch.

He didn't say "underfucked" he said "undersexed" .... whoops, earmuffs!

Two years ago they were there, I am guessing that's when he meant. I got to try Mornin' Delight that year...it did not suck.

Kinda back, finally over the jet lag. 11 days in Europe just enough to make the return jet lag almost as bad as the travel too jet lag which is hell on earth. I can't sleep on planes, and I always get the 1 asshole who has to put his chair all the way back in front of me and than bounce up and down just enough to drive my knees into my stomach.

Anyways, Looks like I will be shipping my AA round tomorrow.

Hint # (I have no idea) History channel has been doing a mini series on your state.

To my sender, Im so sorry but unless you do really obvious hints, Im totally lost, and since I can't go on vacation without 2-3 employees quitting, I don't have the time to read through this thread. Im so sorry I haven't been playing along.

    Shutting the LIF down.

Amazing responses! There are a few who are automatically not in the running; those who elect to have pickles on their burger. I don't do pickles. Ever. Period.

Some people will get weighted scores (multiple entries into random.org generator) for their specifics that coincide with mine.

I'll post the winner later today.

    So nice being back!

Thanks for that hug at EBF, Mike ... I needed that

There is a great donut place locally that sends some of their donuts to another local spot, Meadowthorpe Cafe. Behold, the Spalding Donut Burger.
Medium, American cheese, Egg, Bacon, on a donut bun.......mmmmmm

"we use three burger patties, three fried eggs, fourteen slices of American cheese, and ten slices of bacon, all packed between two grilled cheese sandwiches. Figuring out how to add condiments is completely up to you. It’s served in a big bowl of french fries and tater tots covered, in lots of our Cheesy-Cheese Goo."
