Have really enjoyed the Creature Comforts Athena, but can't find it anywhere this week. All the large stores can't keep it in stock. Would love some for the weekend, does anyone know where I can find some? Preferably on the north side, Alpharetta/Roswell/Sandy Springs/Dunwoody/Brookhaven. Thanks.
I'm not sure about Atlanta, but I know in Athens and Macon that Kroger carries it. Worth a shot. Also the original Hop City and Green's on Ponce were out this morning, so don't look there.
Havent seen athena around in some time. I think theyre too busy trying to keep up with tropicalia demand.
Both of their beers are so tough to run down that you just need to buy them when you see them. greens got a stack of cases today of tropicalia, but no athena. Seems like people have picked up that athena is very good as well. I grabbed some singles of athena last week in tucker @ USA package, but who knows if they still have it.
Luckily they are both on draft all the time in Atlanta. You might be able to land a growler somewhere.
Moondog Growlers in Dunwoody says they have it on tap if you're ok with growlers. Beer Growler in Brookhaven and Sandy Springs have Tritonia on which is their gose.
Thanks guys, seems like it'd hard to come by. I found Tropicalia today, but no luck on the Athena. Weaverr thanks for the tip on growlers. I'll head over there today, haven't tried the Tritonia yet.
They are still at USA, was there yesterday. Greens was just selling tropicalia 1 6pk per. Lots of dayspring bottles too.
