you need to get Foothills homemade mustard then. A nice kick to it! They sell it by the bottle.

I happened to be at Salud in Charlotte today seeing a friend since I was in town. I asked the gentleman working if he had any idea when they may receive MC. I was delighted when he told me "any minute". Which was actually three hours. But it was great seeing an old friend. Trying new beers while waiting. Plus they only got 12 bottles! So I got one. I know it says not to age. But does that same rule apply since its a stout?

You can age it a little bit, there's just no need to. As with any adjunct stout, it will still taste like a good beer with 6 months or a year on it, but it won't taste like the brewer really intended it to. It's not going to make it better by aging it at least. Unless you don't like spice and want to age it out a little bit. But then again, if you don't like spice then you probably shouldn't spend your money on Mexican Cake IMO.

Oh no I was just thinking a month when my best friend comes home so I can split it with him.

Oh yeah I wouldn't think it would change much at all in a month. I don't even consider that aging really.

I don't think Bottle Rev put theirs out. Looks like they're doing some contest. Details forthcoming.

Sounds about right, let's assume you have to be a member or wait line...anything for a little hype

Chocolate Raspberry Cake sounds amazing. Any feedback? Not that anyone else will ever try it....

Unless they bottle it. Cherry, Coconut and Churros variants would be really nice too. I prefer Cherry over Coffee.

True. Not the biggest Cake fan, but raspberry anything gets me going.

Was at Edmund's last week, the Chocolate & Raspberry variant was really good. I remember it started off with the raspberry which was sweet and then the chocolate came in just like regular Cake. The heat wasn't as strong as regular Cake, but a hint was still there on the finish.

My favs last week were Coconut, Coffee, Chipotle, Chocolate & Raspberry , Cherry. Churros was actually a little disappointing.
