Seattle BA meeting?

    The mainpage thread on which BAs we'd like to have a beer with has sprouted the idea of a meet-up. Some of us have met before, some not. There's several ways a get together could work, interest, thoughts, comments, opinions, snark?

    I read this as 'manpage' and for a few moments, as I helplessly looked for something that apparently you all have on your computers and I don't, I felt very insignificant.

    I'm down but live in the sticks. Something this epic would require a sleepover of some sort. I like my eggs over hard, no yolk. Yolk creeps me out.

    And I have to ask my wife. Which means first I have to pressure wash the deck, wax her car, trim the rhodies, pull weeds, etc...... Can we do this in November where I don't have to work so hard???

    Y'all should've come to Toronado the other night. Some guy bought us a second Cable Car over the phone after I bought one. We had a hard time finding people to drink with us.

    Also: with the normal caveats of work etc, I'm totally into this concept of drinking with other people. I've heard good things about said activity and am totally down to try it 'IRL' (and anyone who would need it is welcome to my pullout couch so long as you don't mind an energetic little lady with four legs and a small space)

    Maybe we should arrange a bottle share? Someday soon. I'll throw my ideal date as Sunday the 28th if anyone is down.

    Yeah, I'd be interested but my problem is time. I almost never manage to just get out for a beer, that's why I'm on here so much. It would have to be a weekend for me but even those are very hit and miss. So I'd say if you can get a group to agree on a date and location, I'll try to make it. But I think those who would be coming in from out of town would have to take priority in terms of when this would happen, since they are making more of an effort.

    Would we want to do a bottle share, meet at a bar, or meet at a brewery? I could bring growlers from some of the Bham breweries.

    I like the idea of a growler share. Kind of in line with our 'under the radar NW Breweries' thread we started recently. We could share some of our respective lesser known/just started/nano/local offerings.
